Do I need internet or Wi-Fi for the alerting?
No. SchutzAktiv Exklusiv has its own built-in GSM module and alerts via the mobile network – independent of Wi-Fi, router or landline. This makes the alert chain far more robust even during a power or internet outage in the building.
Who is notified in an alarm?
All the contacts you have stored – for example family, neighbours or staff. The panel calls the numbers one after another and additionally sends SMS until someone responds.
Is drilling or cabling required for installation?
No. The system works wirelessly. The installation needs no cable ducts or major drilling and is therefore completed quickly.
Is SchutzAktiv Exklusiv also suitable for commercial properties?
Yes. In addition to burglary, fire and water protection, the system offers a hold-up alarm – important for shops, practices and offices. We tailor the configuration individually to your property.
What happens in a fire alarm when no one is home?
This is exactly where GSM alerting is decisive: a smoke detector alone only warns whoever is nearby. SchutzAktiv Exklusiv additionally calls all stored contacts – so the fire brigade can be alerted quickly even when the building is empty.
