At the discreet push of a button – for example under the sales counter, at reception or at the workplace – a quiet alarm is triggered. What is a silent hold-up alarm?
A silent hold-up alarm is triggered discreetly at the push of a button, for example under the sales counter or at the reception desk. Unlike the loud burglary alarm, it stays inaudible in the room: no siren sounds that could provoke the offender. Instead, the system silently notifies your stored contacts. This makes it possible to call for help during a robbery without putting the people present at additional risk.
Does the system protect against tampering?
Yes. The control panel and its components are tamper-monitored. Manipulation attempts – such as opening or tearing off a siren – trigger an alarm by themselves. A loss of power supply or mobile coverage is also detected and reported. This way the system notices targeted attacks that would go unnoticed on simple systems, and gives you the chance to react in time.
Is the system suitable for retail shops and practices?

Are staff notified in the event of an alarm?
Yes. You store several contacts – for example the owner, branch manager and selected staff. In the event of an alarm, the GSM module calls these contacts one after another and additionally sends an SMS until someone is reached. This way the responsible person is informed immediately and can act, instead of only learning of the incident the next morning.
Does notification work outside opening hours?
Yes, around the clock. The alarm notification runs via its own GSM module and is therefore independent of Wi-Fi, router or on-site internet. At night, on weekends or during company holidays, the system reliably reports burglary, fire or water by call and SMS. If the power fails, a backup power supply bridges operation and the outage itself is reported.
Is the system suitable for international companies with premises in Germany?
Yes. The SchutzAktiv Exklusiv is designed to run independently of local IT, which makes it a practical choice for branches, franchises and subsidiaries managed from abroad. Because it alerts over its own GSM module by call and SMS, it needs no company network, no VPN and no cloud contract on site.
